• Lawyer and Master Law degree© from the Universidad de Chile, specializing in comparative law. She also has a graduated diploma in business law and international contracts by the American University Washington College of Law (USA) and a Diploma in Alternative Conflict Resolution Mechanisms, from the University of Talca.
• She has worked mainly as a corporate and contracts advisor in the administrative, regulatory, environmental and real state areas, especially in the energy industries.
• Yasmine Picero del Valle has a solid experience as a trial attorney in ordinary administrative and arbitral courts and has excellent skills in negotiation of contracts and alternative dispute resolutions, such as mediation.
• She studied foreign languages in Europe for 4 years, so she is fluent in English and French. This experience also provided her with a strong intercultural background that has been very useful and valuable in the negotiations between international parties where she has participated.
• She is member of the Chilean Bar Association.
